Fourth International Symposium on the Fetal Brain
The Four Seasons, Washington D.C. | Nov. 21 - 22, 2019
Pregnancy, Stress and Depression:
Impact on the Developing Fetal Brain
Pregnancy-related mood disorders and their effect on the mother-baby dyad have become a major public health concern, with broad societal and inter-generational impact.
This year’s International Symposium on the Fetal Brain will be dedicated entirely to “Pregnancy, Stress and Depression: Impact on the Developing Fetal Brain”.
Discussions will focus on critical questions of pathophysiology, diagnosis, treatment and outcome of pregnant women with these disorders and their offspring, as well as urgent advocacy and policy challenges.
Once again, this year’s ISFB promises to be a vibrant inter-disciplinary forum for discussion, exchange of ideas, and sparking collaboration.
