Participants will address the very real issue of how to treat women terrified to admit they’re in crisis and hiding their struggle with overwhelming anxiety, worry, and depression. We will also process how their silent struggle puts the healthy development of children, and the long-term well-being of all family members at great risk.

Most importantly, we will look at postpartum mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs) through a trauma-informed lens.
